Selected Work — building and scaling products end-to-end
AI cybersecurity startup scaling rapidly (~40 people) with product, strategy, and execution tightly coupled. Investigation quality was inconsistent, with no evaluation system, unclear product structure, and growing pressure from leadership and GTM on roadmap clarity.
Led both product strategy and execution for autonomous SOC investigations. Built the evaluation and benchmarking system for LLM-driven investigations (accuracy, latency, action quality), defined investigation standards across alert types to mirror analyst workflows, and redesigned investigation logic to remove redundant and low-signal actions. Introduced context-aware systems to adapt investigations to client environments, and established continuous feedback loops using real analyst sessions and in-product signals. Operated as the connective layer across engineering, GTM, and leadership while still owning delivery end-to-end.
Reduced SOC investigation time from ~15–30 minutes (human) to ~5 minutes automated. Achieved >95% accuracy in benchmarked scenarios (above client acceptance thresholds). Improved signal-to-noise and drove adoption through clearer, more reliable outputs.
Joined as first product hire at a live-streaming platform operating a high-touch B2B model with no self-serve capability. Onboarding, payments, and activation required manual operational support, creating a hard ceiling on growth.
Defined and executed the pivot to a B2C, self-serve product. Built the product function from zero (process, roadmap, operating cadence), and designed the full end-to-end user system: signup, onboarding, payments, and activation. Owned the core user journey across both creator and viewer sides, working directly with engineering and design across multiple squads. Introduced analytics, funnels, and experimentation to move decision-making from intuition to data.
Transformed the product into a fully self-serve platform with no operational dependency. Removed the primary growth bottleneck, enabling scalable acquisition and monetization. Reduced support load by ~90% and established a functioning product org and execution rhythm during company scaling.
Joined Ubisoft during its transition to a game-as-a-service model, with fragmented and underdeveloped online services.
Built core platform capabilities including game key distribution, referrals, accounts, in-game news, forums, and beta/release management. Drove experimentation and data-informed lifecycle optimization (acquisition, retention, monetization) across multiple live titles.
Improved player acquisition and engagement, and helped establish scalable systems for live operations and continuous game evolution.
Early-stage healthtech startup with unclear ICP, weak positioning, and early product/security risks.
Refined ICP and value proposition around reducing post-operative support burden. Audited product and LLM behavior, identifying critical security vulnerabilities, and advised on GTM framing and compliance baseline (HIPAA/GDPR).
Resulted in clearer positioning tied to real clinic pain, tighter product direction, and early mitigation of material security risk.
